Gravitational Pull kindle cloud Magic and love have always been linked with fantasy In the past it was the dark brooding man that thrived off of townsfolk s fears that fed his immortality or the time altering Viking that saved the meek woman from a monster As romance has grown it has also evolved into something new No longer are women defined by the traditional roles of the damsel in distress but they are thought of as equals who are able to hold their own when needed Men have morphed into characters that have learned to respect and support their partner bringing both balance and romance to the table More women are described as beings that thrive off of imagination and enjoy a good roll in the hay However they still love a good argument or debate This book is about one such woman named Liv She is a fierce woman with a sex drive but disciplined enough to know her limitations Gifted with the powers of a demi god but was a little hard to follow However I found the concept of the book to be refreshing and new As I got farther into the book the it made sense for me but I have not read the first book in the series I loved the sexual tension that was created between Liv and her love but really respected how the author kept it classy There was a sense of humor throughout the book and the other characters were very interesting I have taken a break from romance for a couple of months now since it seemed I was reading the same thing over and over but this book was not like that I actually was able to enjoy the story and was not overwhelmed with constant sex scenes that dominated the book and made it almost uncomfortable to read I like actual romance in romance stories and this book did just that I highly recommend this book but must stress that readers read the first book before they get to this one I plan on getting the first book to find out how the story began Great job author and I must thank both Librarything and the author for giving this book to me in a giveaway It was much appreciated and well worth the time English I was given this book in exchange for an honest review. PDF Gravitational pull I m giving it 5 stars for and 4 stars for Goodreads Jane English Overall I did enjoy Gravitational Pull even though I struggled with it at times Liv is still learning about her powers but she seems to have a lot confidence and uses her powers with purpose instead of on accident She can now heal her friends from emotional pain siphon another s powers and use them herself on top of exploding things She s pretty neat if you ask me. Gravitational Pull epubs Liv s relationship with Justice is what I had a hard time with in this book They had a magical miscommunication and Justice lets his own insecurities take over and pulls away It was so obnoxious First he s saying they should move in together then in the next chapter or so he is leaving her Gah So most of this book was her pining for him and being understandably but annoyingly sad One of her other bodyguards decides to take her on a special trip to a magical realm to cheer her up But there she encounters other dangers like the Darklings who are drawn to her power They try to run from the danger but one evil being attacks Justice and tries to steal his immortality and Liv manages to save him But they re still fighting and things are awkward between them for a few chapters Luckily Liv meets a gypsy who decides to give her a gift and a warning of the future That gift ends up keeping Justice from burning Liv as they fly away from danger on his fiery wings so yay a convenient fix to one of their problems Eventually Liv grabs Justice s hand and feels his true feelings and fears and they get back together The last part of the book was very sweet I really enjoyed their rekindled relationship and all the emotions that they finally were able to accept and share with each other English From start to finish this book had me intrigued I wish I had time to read iFeel prior to reading Gravitational Pull as it would have been so nice to start at the beginning of Liv s journey There is no denying Liv s feelings for Justice even if they are no Not understanding Liv takes this chance to work out few things she cannot control Powers consume her ever moment of every minute learning how to control them has gotten the better of her She is known by some but not by all What she is Who is she The discovery of her true nature could be dangerous for everyone she holds dear Will she fight for how she feels or let go and move on Does Justice know the truth or will he go off of accusations seeing is believing right A Pixie s nature is to own those with a gift in return a promise or trade Will the gift Liv receives cost her She only has eyes for one will he continue to be an accusing jerk or come around to know the truth I cannot wait to find out about Liv and Justice in Constellation like who they are and what role they play in this magical world We also see of Justice and Liv s relationship how it grows and solidifies Even though they do hit a bumpy road along the way We see how true love can conquer and come out on top It was amazing and I was hooked I do not know how I am supposed to wait for Constellation English Liv is trying to control her powers She is unable to touch Justice even though she wants to so very bad Liv is also being hunted by Darklings This is a really fast well written read The story immediately grabs your attention I really like the mercurial Justice He is such an unpredictable bad boy seraph He is a great character Liv has new powers She is an empath she can cause explosions and she can channel the seraphs powers Justice leaves Liv and she has a mini breakdown so her pixie and angel friends take her to Devonshire even though she has Maiden of Honor duties to uphold for her human best friend Nikkee These characters are so stubborn it is a total Much Ado About Nothing they should actually communicate some I had nothing before I met you I was nothing before I met you swoon In this life the next life and any other life after that it s you they were involved and are bonding well together The change in Liv and how she was dealing with her new found powers is also good I still really like Justice and also get him and why he does what he does: Book Gravitational pulling There she meets Siberian prince of the pixies who tries to pursue her.
