Johns Match kindle paperwhite John and Scott are both strong men with clear ideals and opinions There s chemistry between them and some real passion and warmth Both men have some emotional baggage from their past that they need to put behind them to have a future together They each try to deal with their problems in an honest way that made them endearing. PDF Johns matcha 75 stars I think this is my favorite of the series of Woodland Village The characters of Scott and John are so well developed in this third book John and Scott have both dealt with devastating losses Both are afraid of relationships and needing somebody else John likes his life neat and Scott reminds him that love and relationships are messy They have a very difficult road as Scott dislikes John immediately after a rough introduction and he s is emotionally wrung out and wallowing even three years after the death of his partner John is experiencing problems at work and his father is dying.

Viki Lyn is a successful writer of sexy romance Her stories are an eclectic mix but it is always romance that drives the story to its final happily ever after A native of California romance and sweetness in her books that keeps this reader coming back for I love the way her characters really live and breathe off of the written pages and the story they tell keep me glued to my ereader from start to finish Since the blurb does an outstanding job of describing the storyline I won t rehash it Instead I thought I would focus on why I loved this book and the reasons why I highly recommend it. Johnson matchbox 250-23 Both John and Scott are damaged people Even though at first glance John looks like he has his life all together we soon see that he has skeletons in the closet he lives with Because of these skeletons John has pushed aside any thought of having a meaningful relationship with anyone Instead he chooses to sleep around instead of making himself vulnerable by allowing a lover see who he really is deep down. Johnson matchbox 250-23 Scott wears his depression on his shoulder for the whole world to see His surliness keeps others away keeping him from being hurt again He s depressed and has a horrible case of writer s block causing him to feel even worthless and desperate As soon as Scott and John meet it s almost hate at first sight but as the two men are forced to be around each other they start seeing into each other s heart and souls and a strong bond forms between them I loved watching their relationship evolve from dislike and distrust into something truly beautiful Scott and John were truly made for each other and I hated to see their story come to an end. Johns Match epub.pub John was at a local gay bar and when going to the parking lot he finds two guys going at it on the hood of his car Being the nice guy he is he decided to let them finish all while watching and listening of course He realized that one of the two guys is left alone and was way too drunk to get himself home Good thing the kid lived near John so he was able to take him home When they arrived at the house who answers the door The kid s dad Scott who is not too pleased to find this older man bringing his son home. John's machine shop Scott and John got off to a rocky start to say the least With Scott s prickly exterior and John s superior attitude they had an immediate dislike of one another But at the same time they can t seem to stay away Scott had just gone through a very hard time with his longtime partner s death and had been trying and failing to cope This concerned John and he decided to look after the other man after some convincing from Scott s son. Book Johns match 3 Despite their butting heads a true friendship began to develop They both had their jerk ish moments and their banter did become a little exhausting at times but they ended up being there for each other in every sense of the word Their relationship progressed at a very believable pace and they were able to mostly deal with their personal issues before any true romance began to form I always appreciate it when characters deal with their problems for themselves and not for their significant other so I was pleased to see that happen with these guys. Book Johns matchbox 20 I have to say I really enjoyed Scott s character Yes he was prickly and grumpy and said mean spirited things out of anger but he totally redeemed himself in the end He just needed someone to call him out on his shenanigans and luckily John did just that. Johns Match kindle reader Each book has a different style and of the three books John s Match is my favorite It s about two strong willed stubborn men who have difficulty trusting for different reasons John is low keyed and easy going but he must be in control of everything He has perfect clothes the perfect car and even his house which is next door to Scott s is neat and tidy John is interested in Scott but something Scott does early on in their difficult friendship makes John wary of trusting Scott Scott on the other hand is loud sloppy and has a quick temper Scott s partner David is dead but he did something that has made Scott not trust any man It s also deadened his creativity and only when John enters his life does Scott start to waken to life again John doesn t take Scott s crap he stands up to Scott and Scott likes that because John isn t afraid But at one point Scott jumps to a conclusion and seriously jeopardizes John and his relationship. Johnson matchbox 250-23 I really liked the MCs They were strong characters and their different personalities played off well with each other There was also character growth We get to meet the characters from the previous books again too The first time I read this story I don t remember if I had a problem following along without having read the first two stories I suppose you could read this as a stand alone but I think you ll get enjoyment if all three books are read in sequence The story kept me interested and I don t remember any scenes that dragged There are a few missing word issues but not so much to be annoying. Book Johns match login I rarely read books over and this is one of the few that I have If you re looking for a fast read with strong characters and good character growth then consider this book I give John s Match Fantasy Arts Although this book could be read as a stand alone there are references to characters of the first two and things that would make better sense to the reader if they had read the previous books of the series John first meets Scott Marwick when he brings his drunk son home after meeting up with him at the local gay bar John is surprised to discover that the drunk boy lives next door where the new guy just moved in Scott thinks John got his son drunk with the intentions of taking advantage of a younger man despite his son and John trying to explain to him otherwise Needless to say their first meeting is a disaster and John has no desire to Scott ever again But Scott s son asks John to keep an eye on his dad who is having a hard time dealing with some issues in his life so when John begrudgingly stops by after no one has seen or heard from Scott for a while he finds him in a bad spot which brings back a lot of bad memories for John They start to build a slow and tentative friendship It s hard though when one has serious trust issues and is holding onto anger It doesn t help that Ryan is pressuring John to get Scott to sign over the rights of his fantasy characters to try to help get Fantasy Arts out of the red This shouldn t be a big deal but it is when Scott detests gaming This whole situation blows up because of a misunderstanding but Scott in the end makes a very sweet gesture to make amends which plays into our happily ever after This was overall a very sweet story John and Scott made a great couple that were pretty hot together although you wanted to choke them sometimes They both had quite a bit of baggage The story dealt a lot with having trust issues and letting go of past hurts so as to learn to live again It was well written as were the first two books in this series This one wrapped up all three couples in Woodland Village Unless someone else moves to the Village it looks to me like this series could be complete This one put a nice and tidy bow on the package A ebook.
