Notes we read these books so many timesthe classic series is the only way to enjoy Thomas Childrens Books So apparently the lives of the train cars specifically the trucks don t matter as much as the main characters DEATH IN A CHILDRENS THOMAS BOOK WTFThis wasn t bad but I feel like a couple of pages were missing toward the end and I m not so sure all of the grammar makes sense Certain words were capitalized that probably should not have been I m also a white American who apparently doesn t know how to read how a Scottish person sounds Reading the dialogue of the Scottish engines was a bit of a painI enjoyed meeting the twins though They had some pretty funny moments and in the end proved themselves to be pretty useful They learned their lesson like all of the other trains I guess the storytelling isn t quite as strong as some of the others I ve read but it s not bad Childrens Books An infinitesimal smidgeon better than the only other Railway Series book I ve read due to the slight variation in scenery action and number of characters present The plot is just as super slight as before with two Scottish twin engines that swap their tender wagons over to cause mischief There are lots of Capital Letters For No Good Reason and the story ends very abruptly indeed I thought someone had ripped the last few pages out It matters not A disgruntled kid scribbled on the frontispiece of my copy and frankly I can t blame him 2.
